This is an on-site role in Brendale
We work together, in an open plan office, in Brendale in north Brisbane, a short walk from Strathpine train station. There is no remote or work-from-home option, and there will not be one.
All departments work in the same office, and are here first and foremost to support our professional tele-fundraisers making these vital phone calls for our charity partners.

What the job is really like
- You are calling people who already support the charity: donors, members and supporters, never cold lists bought from a broker.
- Every call is a conversation. We do not use pressure techniques and we will not ask you to.
- You will be coached against your own recorded calls, with real feedback from people who have done the job.
- The opportunity for career progression is real. We promote from within at every opportunity and invest heavily in staff who show the attitude and drive to take on more responsibility. Every one of our Quality Assurance Officers and Call Coaches started here as a fundraiser. So did our CEO, and most of our Data Officers and Client Services Account Managers and Coordinators.
- Mature, experienced team. You’ll be working alongside lovely people from all different backgrounds, mostly local to the area, and always up for a friendly chat.

Our team are a dedicated and mature group of fundraisers who pride themselves on returning excellent results. We have taken a step away from the traditional approach to fundraising calls and actively promote full interaction between our clients and our team.
